A 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken prior to design work, to secure you in on your given booking date. On your booking date you will be contacted by either Instagram DM or email to confirm the details / content of your booking. Please note if your content is not prepared by your given booking date, this will delay your overall process and may require your booking to be rescheduled on a different date. From when your drafts are emailed across you have up to 48hours to send across your changes / amends, if client does not respond within the time frame this may lead to delays. If the client has not responded within 92 hours, a late-fee of £5 will be added.


The Designer agrees to produce graphic work at the request of the client for fees agreed upon in advance and to deliver the work by an agreed-upon deadline. The designer agrees that she will be the sole author of the work, which will be original work and free of plagiarism. The designer will cooperate with the Client in editing and reviewing the work prior to completion and launch. The client agrees to notify the designer of the amendments within 72 hours of receiving the first draft, if the client fails to do so, they agree that their project will face termination and they will lose their deposit or deigned may reschedule the booking to a new date. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be due to the Designer prior to the start of any work. If the scope of work changes during the project completion additional costs may occur. All design credit must go to the designer at the completion of work.


The designer acknowledges that she may receive information that relates to the clients past, present, future products, vendor lists, creative works, marketing strategies, pending projects/proposals and other proprietary information. Designer agrees to protect the confidentiality of the clients proprietary information and all physical forms thereof, whether disclosed to Designer before this agreement is signed off afterwards. Unless strict confidentiality is requested by the Client in advance of the establishment of the contract, Designer can display materials and final work created for the Client via social media, namely and other promotional materials. 


Upon acceptance of the work, the client accepts responsibility for further processes in which this work is used e.g social media, printing, outpost. In addition, the client will have permission to accept the work or request revision of work within 72 hours of receiving the draft. After final project approval, with the remaining balance paid by the client, if the client then wishes to amend the artwork further this will incur a small fee



Files will be saved for 1 year post-project completion, after this files will then be removed from our System. Files are available upon request, if it's a one-off file that needs to be sent this can be done for free, if it's multiple files that need to be sent this will incur a small fee of £10 to compile the files together.  


Clients may terminate this contract at any time, upon cancellation of this contract, the client will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to contract termination and are happy to lose their deposit. Should the client choose to cancel this project after the project completion, the client will also agree to lose their deposit. If the client decides to pay in full and wishes to cancel the project, the client will be issued 50% of the total amount, equating to the deposit amount 


By purchasing from or via invoicing from the parties agree they will comply with the terms listed in this freelance graphic design contract.
